I attended Equestria LA on Sunday. I am not a brony by any means. I simply attended EQLA simply because I was already in the area and figured I'd check it out. So far, based on first impressions, it seemed alright. I couldn't really say it was awesome or terrible, because attending a convention for one day does not do justice to anybody. But so far, I kind of sort of maybe liked it.
I got a con shirt, a messenger bag, and a big old bag I could fit inside. Wish I'd been able to take more pictures of the cosplayers. Then again, it was Sunday, and there was the sense that EQLA was winding down and getting ready to pack things up. That, along with the fact that I'm used to taking pictures at furry conventions and Anime Expo.
I will work on trying to see if I can make a full on EQLA at some point, just to give it a fair opinion. Pictures to come up soon, posting a link in the meantime in case I forget to post it. https://picasaweb.google.com/116613472687057382918

Further Confusion 2013 Short Review
Sorry for the long delay in updating my blog. A lot of things came up. To make a long story short regarding FC 2013, yes, I managed to survive another awesome year. There was but a slight room problem I had with the Marriott. Something I'll definitely take into account when reserving my room for FC 2014. Other than that, a lot of fun was had. I'll be sure to have my pictures edited and uploaded soon.
